Welcome to Day 3 of this year's 25 Days of Christmas Tags event. All the details can be found here on Tracey's blog.
Today's sponsor is Altenew.
I started by stamping and die cutting 2 of Altenew's Modern Poinsettia. I coloured one with various shades of red, and the other with dark greens. I cut the green one apart and chose three leaves to spread behind the red poinsettia leaves.
I splattered metallic gold watercolour over the poinsettia and then popped it up on my tag which had been cut once I layered up the Layered Snowflake stars coverplates on it, for some texture and interest.
Stunning layout on this poinsettia tag! love it!
