Waving Hello - Catherine Pooler Designs Unsinkable Release

The latest Catherine Pooler Designs release, Unsinkable, is available now! Links are below.

Today is the blog hop!  I'm not on the blog hop today, but I've got the details below so you can be sure to hop and comment for a chance to win!

I created a sparkly hello card using the new Shell Parade Stencil, some ink blending and some Moonstone Glimmer Paste.

I started by blending It's A Girl, Tiara and It's A Boy over the stencil onto a panel of Premium White cardstock.  The inks blended to make a pretty pastel rainbow of shells. I removed the stencil before I applied the Glimmer Paste. This gives a different, less defined look than if I had left the stencil in place while I applied the paste.

When it was fully dry, I trimmed the panel with the scalloped rectangle die from Tags, Etc. and then the largest stitched rectangle die from Postage Stamp die set. I adhered the 'frame' directly to my white card base, and used foam tape to pop up the rectangle.

I used the smallest stitched rectangle for my sentiment, which I stamped with Twilight ink.

Finally, I stamped the solid fish from Hook, Line & Sinker with my MISTI, using Mint to Be and Skylight ink to give it some dimension.

Here are the blog hop details - be sure to come back tomorrow when I'll be part of the video hop!
