CASE Study 150 - Take two. Or is that three?


Another one for this week's gorgeous CASE Study.



This time I kept the scale the same as the inspiration, but made it a little lighter and airier by using outline shapes from The Stamps of Life. I also managed to get the many-pointed star in the centre, which I filled with a sentiment also from The Stamps of Life.

I think in the end, I voted with most of you on my favourite from yesterday - the sketchy circles just added something to that very simple design.

And now it's time for me to get on with some of the organization/tidy up projects that have sat on my list for months, waiting for the summer (which is zooming by, don't you think?)

    Oh, I love this one the most out of the three!! I like how it created the star like shape in the middle which made the perfect place for your sentiment. Enjoy your day!

    This reminds me of those old spirograph pictures, only better. I'd say it's my favorite but remember, the other one was similar to mine. ;)

    What a great card! You managed to get ideal colors and spacing, and even got the perfect size word for the star center. A bit of beautiful geometry. :)

    Wonderful, wonderful! I wonder if you had to try this a couple times to get it right. Love how you used the one pair of yellow shapes, just like the inspiration. The negative star really turned out well!

    And yes, my vote is for your sketchy card too, plus I like the thicker petals.
