My friends Tracey and Carol are being featured at this week's Inspired By All the Little Things challenge, so I had to play along!
Here's the inspiration photo:
I focused on the colours and horizontal stripes. I created my red heart with a number of layers of red and purple from my Prima Marketing Watercolor Confections and a spritz of shimmer.
I used:
-Essentials By Ellen Holiday Words
-Concord & 9th Perfectly Penned
-Papertrey Heart Stitches Die
Oh, I love this! Fabulous take on the inspiration photo!
ReplyDelete"LOVE" it! Bold, clean, graphic. Awesome heart die!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous composition and spot on with the inspiration photo. Love it!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet heart (no pun intended...)! Love the little dots around the edge; they add tons without adding too much. Great take on that inspiration photo, too. Fun, fun card! Bev

Beautiful, Ardyth! Perfectly layered and the heart looks like leather!
ReplyDeleteArdyth I really love that heart with the dots around the border and the inlaid love really pops within it. The kraft strip is a fun way to mimic the jute! Thank you for sharing with us at Inspired by All the Little Things!
