My friends Tracey and Carol are being featured at this week's Inspired By All the Little Things challenge, so I had to play along!
I focused on the colours and horizontal stripes. I created my red heart with a number of layers of red and purple from my Prima Marketing Watercolor Confections and a spritz of shimmer.
