This week's CASology Cue Card is Dizzy!
This is a fun one - so many ideas (make sure you check out the DT!). I went with this Mama Elephant Ferris Wheel.
I stamped it in Versafine Onyx and embossed it with clear ep. I created 'ground' with a mask and sponged some grass and some sky to add a bit of soft colour.
Now it's your turn! The DT has some more inspiration for you:
and this week's Guest Designer: Amy
Love how the simple inking grounds this image! Terrific card, Ardyth!ReplyDelete
A great image for the challenge! pretty sponged color for sky and land!ReplyDelete
Gosh you do CAS so perfectly. That's what I think EVERY time I see another one of your designs. You know just how to take a clean line and make it absolutely stunning. Love the way the color just fades here.ReplyDelete
The Cue Card inspiration definitely had me confused, but when I saw your gorgeous creation, it all made sense! Yes, going 'round & 'round makes me DIZZY too, but a merry-go-round is so much fun, I can handle it! :-) GREAT take on the challenge, Ardith!ReplyDelete
LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. THIS. CARD!!! Clean, simple and graphic! Great sentiment too!ReplyDelete
Had a surprise visit from Brady this past week, so have been MIA ... just wish it could have been a longer visit!
I am totally impressed at all the different interpretations for this cue, yours included! And the perfect sentiment, too!ReplyDelete

That inking is simply wonderful. I love that thickened green edge, adding a touch of shadow on one side of your ferris wheel! Love it!ReplyDelete
