I used a Stamps of Life Sentiment (surgery from their "Smile" set) and a Stampin' Up Sentiment along with an old Inky Antics image.

Love the impact that the vivid colors create! The wee little thatch of green grass 'grounds' the image so well. Awesome interpretation!
