Yesterday was our 16th anniversary. This card evolved from a stamp in this TAWS set:
See that kind of hand-drawn scribbly circle around the butterfly? I was looking at that thinking that's what you do when you're circling a something on a page. Like a date or something. And then I reached for my My Stamp Box Timelines set and it worked even better than I had hoped (although without the TAWS stamp - too big for this use!). I added in some outline and 16 solid hearts and an unknown 'forever' in red for a pop of colour.
For those of you interested in reminiscing - here's last year's card. I seem to be stuck in a colour-rut! lol!
Aww, happy anniversary! Your card is awesome, so creative.
ReplyDeleteFabulous!
ReplyDelete& a big congratulations!
For a moment I thought you'd stamped all of the dates, numbers, etc, individually (because that's the sort of thing you do!). Great for an anniversary card - and congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your anniversary! Your card is fabulous. Love how you've 'circled' all the important dates. That touch of pink is perfect here...just enough to add a bit of dash to your card. I'm sure DH will love this. I know I do! Have a great weekend. Bev
