Big Muse News! Guess who the new DT Coordinator is at Muse Card Club? ME! I'm so excited to be working with Jackie and the 3 other designers (plus guest designers each month!) in this really fun, new, member-driven challenge.
I love the fact that the winner is chosen by the participants and other blog-viewers - Jackie really hit on a winning idea there for sure!
So in honour of my big 'promotion', I thought I would start off with my interpretation of this week's Muse, Laurie Willison and her card:
I focused on the colours, all the white space, the dots and the 'thank you' theme. I used The Alley Ways Stamps Background check and an old Papertrey sentiment. I love how it fits right into the offbeat dot pattern (well, it does now - I had to stamp 3 extra circles - one right before the T, the one between the K and the Y, and the one that is now the O (I just stamped right on top of the o that was in the sentiment)). I think it has a quirky, computer-y feel.
