OLW120, LIM99-100 - Baby Needs a Drink!

This week's One Layer Wednesday challenge is hosted by Karen. The challenge is to make a card with a drink on it. This week's Less is More challenge is to make a card with a drink on it.

What is sweeter than a new baby girl (one of my friends had a baby girl right before Christmas), and that girl has got to be drinking some milk, right?

I used MFT's Vanity Plate Alphabet and Papertrey's baby bottle and 'welcome'. The bright pink ink is one of the colours in my Kaleidecolor Berry inkpad.

I hope you've all been having a wonderful break. We've been busy with Christmas and family and now some snow and next is New Year's. I'm not sure how regularly I'll be posting until the kids go back to school, but on Monday December 31, CASology will be revealing the new members of the Design Team and on Tuesday (yes, New Year's Day!), the next Cue Card will be up at 9:00 Toronto time so I'll definitely have something new for you then.

  5. Ah, I KNEW you would come up with something FUN ... of course, a baby bottle, I did NOT think of that one. LOVE the shading you created, and the hint of sparkle and sheen on the nipple. The font is perfect.

  6. And I wanted to comment on your manger scene, but new comments are disabled so I am making my own here ... so pleasing how the width of the manger matched the width of the mat (plus the spotlight you made coming down from the star ... LOVE!!)

  10. With that experience, you have a better chance in landing a
permanent job in a bigger hospital. There are also those who deal with athletes who need a private physio therapist to
ascertain their health condition in a frequent interval.
They also require cardiac and physical rehabilitation.

  13. Your Drink cracks me up because I thought for sure you would have to go conventional on this one.

Not only is it non-conventional for a Drink but it's also non-conventional for a baby card, and so, so so,sooooooo clever! You are amazingly consistent at taking the gold for being clever.

    Happy New Year, my friend,
    Bahb
