For this week's
CAS(E) This Sketch challenge:
I used an old Stampin' Up set - In Any Event and Papertrey's Faux Ribbon in Summer Sun, Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay.
This could also be for this week's
CASology Cue Card challenge, if I was allowed to play along, lol! - don't forget to play by noon (CST) on Sunday!
Today's a PD day for our kids - no school! We've got lots of fun planned - Build A Bear (which we donate to the Salvation Army toy drive), lunch out and a movie (probably Wreck it Ralph).
Enjoy your day!
PS - Special thanks to Liz who identified yesterday's mystery stamp! Thank you so much!
So pretty. Love the vibrancy of the flowers against the black. x
ReplyDeleteVery striking. Love those colors against the black, and also against the white.
ReplyDeleteAlways love embossing, and this is so dramatic in black!
ReplyDeleteArdyth great embossing, really unique!
ReplyDeleteSometimes I love to use older stamps and breath new life into them as well. This is such a COOL card!
ReplyDeleteLove the black embossed panel, and how you've repeated the flower colours in the stripes.
ReplyDeleteWow! Such a sriking contrast between the flowers and the embossed panel. The faux ribbon really anchors the image. Nothing beats black/white/bright colors!
ReplyDeleteSuch a striking image ... the bright colours with the black embossing are so dramatic ... love it! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous embossing on that image and I love how crisp the flowers. Fun colours too! Thanks for playing along with CAS(E) This Sketch! this week!
