FTL204/OLW 101 - Bubbly Birthday

and, since I used a Stampin' Up duo of colours from my Colour Coach (Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy), it also qualifies for this week's One Layer Wednesday challenge, Feeling Blue.

And Stardust stickles for sparkle, of course!
