Less Is More - One Layer With a Flourish

Stampin' Up (Joy), Unknown (to the world), Papertrey (flourishes). Cherry Cobbler ink, Lime Stickles

Stampendous Heart Flourish, Papertrey "Love". Versafine Onyx Ink, Clear Embossing Powder, Copics, Stardust Stickles

Two one-layer cards for this week's Less Is More #71 challenge - One Layer Card with a Flourish. Nothing too clever here (although I did make that big flourish on the Joy card using several of the Papertrey flourishes). It's hot here - so hot the clear stamps are pretty gummy. Yuck! Hard to think about Christmas, but I want to keep up with my church Christmas cards - I'm thinking this could be June's!

Eagerly awaiting the arrival (Monday) of my new firm-foam ink pads from Stampin' Up - the countdown's on! If you have them already, let me know what you think! Also, there should be a pack of the In Colour cardstock - looking forward to Moonlight Muse and Gumball Green - not so sure about the rest - what about you? Apparently part of my order is coming Monday, part on Wednesday (it wasn't that big, really!), so we'll see what new goodies I have for Tuesday's card!
