Today is the video hop to celebrate the February release from Catherine Pooler Designs, which will be available tomorrow, Wednesday, February 13.
This card features the new background stamp Rondi's Window and a sentiment from Ways to Say Hey border dies.
This stamp is intricate and can be used with simple blending and colouring techniques, but I decided to go labour-intensive and colour it with Copic markers before overstamping with black and embossing with clear WOW! embossing powder for a stained glass look. I trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle die from the Postage Stamp die set.
Then, by simply changing the marker colours and changing to gold embossing powder, I got a completely different look:
I love the rich, elegant vintage feel of this Christmas card. I have a feeling I'll be playing around with this stamp for a very, very long time!
