FS596 - Thank You

Congratulations to this week's Featured Stamper, Mary (aka redi2stamp). I chose this card as my inspiration:

I focused on Mary's:
-use of framed layers
-rainbow floral theme
-layout of flowers in the bottom left

I changed:
-fewer frames and layers
-no butterfly
-added a sentiment
-square card

I stamped only a portion of the outer part of Simon Says Stamps' Center Cut Flower stamp and coloured with Copics in pastel colours. I used my Colourless blender to add dots all over and get a sparkling effect.
