Muse 157 - Happy Birthday

Here's my card for this week's Muse Challenge, where Anita has given us this pretty, edgy inspiration:

I focused on Anita's:
-floral theme
-colour scheme
-general layout

I used:
-Papertrey Birthday Bash
-Lizzie Anne Designs flowers (retired)
-Simon Says Stamp Lots of Dots
-Hero Arts Neon Ombre Ink

The 'enamel dots' are stamped and then coated with Glossy Accents.

  6. I really like the way you have been using the neon ombré inks, Ardyth! And I would not have guessed those were faux enamel dots.
