LT66 - Happy Birthday

Today I'm playing along with the current Little Tangles Challenge - Ombre. At our stamp day the other day, I had the opportunity to play with Emily's Scandinavian Prints (it's sold out as I write this, but what a fantastic, versatile set!) and my new Hero Arts Ombre Neon inks. I used Photo Booth for my sentiment and cut one flower with the matching die and popped it up for added interest.

I also tried a new trick I learned at our Stamp Day on Saturday, from Stephanie. Stephanie doesn't like to see the holes in sequins, so she puts a tiny dot of silver stickles in the centre - isn't it pretty?

  2. Super cute! I don't like the holes in sequins either; that's a great tip!

  4. Trick with the Stickles is a great idea...especially on the larger sequins, e.g., 8mm. Will have to give that a try. Card is adorable.

  5. Wonderful card Ardyth - and yes, those stickles can cover a multitude of sins, as well as sequin holes :-)

  13. It's such fun to share and learn from one another. Love that one flower is popped up and the Stickles in the sequins. I have some enamel dots that look just like that.
