MCV22 - Warm Heart

Here's my card for this week's Muse: ChristmasVisions challenge, where Guest Muse Marilyn has given us this whimsical inspiration:

I focused on Marilyn's:
-colour scheme of predominantly navy and white with a little pop of colour
-snowman theme (mine is a 2007 Stampin' Up snowman from Perfect Presentation)
-navy and white layer (mine is actually stamped using a Penny Black background stamp)
-reference from the sentiment to the image (hers is ornament, mine is heart- my sentiment and heart are from Avery Elle's Polar Pals)
-general layout and stitched layers (I used MFT Pierced Squares).

I hope you'll get a chance to play along with us - the deadline is Wednesday morning at 8 am. At that time you can vote until Thursday morning at 8. Voting results will be posted on Thursday at 8.

You have totally captured the whimsical feel of Marilyn's card. I will definitely be stalking e-Bay for the HA background stamp! Love the wee red heart!

I adore your whimsical snowman! So cute. And all the polka dots/snow are so much fun!
(The tight timelines of your challenges do give me the heebie-jeebies. :D One of these days, when life slows down...)
