OLS5, CTS74 - Fabulous Flowers
A one-layer card for this month's One-Layer Simplicity challenge, hosted by Cheryl. The theme there is Fabulous Flowers (I hope we'll be seeing a lot of you there this month!).
I used the sketch from this week's CAS(E) This Sketch challenge:
I used a really old flower stamp and a Hero Arts sentiment that had a similar line-width. I stamped both in Versafine and embossed with clear ep before colouring the flowers with copics and then filling in the outlines with Stickles. This technique is an easy way to get a really rich sparkly colour!

ReplyDeleteUsing the clear EP helps to color within the lines too! Where was this stuff when we were in elementary school? Sure would have helped to earn a few more gold stars!
