Muse 59 - Thank You

Oh, I had fun with this week's Muse by Marion:

I focused on the repetition, the bold colours and the placement of the black sentiment. I used a technique that Jennifer McGuire showed us a while ago in this video, where you easily create so much dimension, just by blending two layers of ink. I still need a bit of practice getting the layers exactly on top of each other, but I love the rich results. I used an old Stampin' Up sentiment, stamped in Versafine and embossed in clear and cut it out and popped it up.

There's still time for you to play along - the deadline is Monday at 8:00 am Eastern. Voting starts at that time and continues until Tuesday morning at 8:00 am. Results will be posted at noon or when someone reminds me, like last week (sorry about that!)

  1. I think you have this technique down - the circles look like they are raised off the page!
