OLW 144 - Red White and Blue
Cheryl is hosting this week's One Layer Wednesday challenge. It's a colour challenge - Red, White and Blue.
I used my trusty old Papertrey sentiment (love that clean font!) and a masked portion of a Stampendous birthday stamp. (there's a photo of the full stamp and some cards I made with it here)
Coloured with Copics, some Stickles for sparkle and done! It doesn't get much more CAS than that!

Such a fun birthday card and that balloon is so festive with the glitter. Too cute!
ReplyDeleteI love this...so CAS but packs a bunch!
ReplyDeleteNow how clever are you to line up the string from the balloon and the "d" in the sentiment to creat the sting....totally clever!!
ReplyDeleteYep, things like this keep your Stamping Queen title untouchable by others!
What a clever card Ardyth! Enjoy this glorious sunny day I know you are having! ;)
ReplyDeleteGlorious, Ardyth ... the balloon tied to the 'd', the stickles, the lovely white space ... yuuum-my! Also, I clicked to have a look at the stamp and have just had a wonderful wander round your early posts ... what a treat! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteFab design Ardyth - love all that white space. Have been looking for a birthday font just like that...hmmm more shopping to do!
ReplyDeletePure and clean perfection! Love the wee bit of glitter.
ReplyDeleteCAS perfection again, Ardyth! I love how the balloon lines up with the D.
ReplyDeleteI agree with all of the above !
ReplyDeleteAwesome CAS card!
Love how the d looks like the string. Great CAS card!
ReplyDeleteThis card is simply perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteAck! LOVE your balloon string/"d" ... how stinkin' clever of you!!!
