This is my second post today - scroll down for some big news!
It's Thursday, and time for another CAS(E) This Sketch challenge! This week's sketch is by DT Coordinator Chrissy Larson:
Wait 'til you see how versatile this sketch is - every member of the design team did something completely different with it!
I masked a circle before I stamped my sentiment on the diagonal. I then used a stamp positioner to place this Stampin' Up starburst. A few extra dots in bold colours, and stickles for added zing, and done!
Now it's your turn - don't forget to link up before the deadline next Tuesday at noon!
Love your take on this weeks' sketch! Your masking makes this a perfect one layer card...love all the sparkle on the flower, too!
ReplyDeleteYou are so good with these CAS challenges! I love how you masked the circle right inside of the repeated sentiment! NJ!
ReplyDeleteOoh lala! Love this. Wonderful color combination. The bright circle-y flower brings you right to the sentiment. Simply gorgeous. Another hit! Bev
ReplyDeleteLove this... I never think to use a sentiment as a pattern and main focal point!! Fab sparkle too :0)

Wonderful masking - it's like a big firework to say "thank you"!
ReplyDeleteLove that juicy starburst! I like how the repeated stamping of the sentiment in grey makes a strong banner without fighting with the starburst.
ReplyDeleteI just love all your creations Ardyth. Wow this is perfection.
ReplyDeleteHi Ardyth, Another beauty, great take on the sketch:0)
ReplyDeleteMany congratulations on your latest achievement featured designer eh? :0) Well done and well deserved, love the cards you made! Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog!Gay x
More fabulousness Ardyth, I can never resist a bit of sparkle and the repeated sentiment is genius!
ReplyDeleteLove the sketch & you made great use of it! Love the sparkle!
ReplyDeleteNice card! Great use of the sketch. I like the lines of "thank you." Neat flower. I can see that you have mastered the use of Stickles. (Most of the time, mine tends to "blurb" out.)
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! You do clean and simple so well! I love the touch of glitter!
ReplyDeleteLove the vibrant, sparkley, sun-bursting flower against the cool grey sentiment, Ardyth ... which in itself is completely inspired! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteLove the stickles and how you masked out the circle. You amaze me, Ardyth!
