Chevrons in the Spotlight

Chevrons have been a big stamping trend this year. Almost every stamp company has a chevron stamp set  and we've seen them used a lot. Usually they're used as a background element, but I wondered if they could become the focal image.

These two cards are the result of my experiment. Both cards use The Stamps Of Life Chevrons2Stamp set. Arranged in a particular way and enhanced with simple shapes, they become bold, geometric pictures.

Special thanks to Debby Hughes (Limedoodle): this card helped me see the trees in the forest!
