Have you ever had a card take on a life of its own? That's what happened here. I looked at this week's Runway Inspired Challenge inspiration:
and I decided to focus on that red and blue butterfly-type thingy in the middle of her bodice. Somehow it became a "Superhero" kind of a card and I decided to just go with it. I used my grosgrain texture plate from My Favourite Things and stamps from There She Goes (Numbered Days). The sun is a Papertrey die.
I normally like to have more control over what I'm making, but sometimes you just end up with happy surprises!
Brilliant idea! I can see any kid really loving this card. To be honest the superhero idea works well in my house :)
