I used reinkers and a sponge to create the coloured stripes before stamping the image and the sentiment.
Supplies:
Stamps: Waltzingmouse (Free Spirit)
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black
Ink: Pacific Point, Only Orange, Summer Sun, Versafine Onyx Black
