Featered Stamper 292 - Back to Kissing School

I made two cards for this week's Splitcoaststamper Featured Stamper challenge, where the Featured Stamper is Angela R.

The first one was actually inspired by the INSIDE of one of Angela's cards! I love the black on the grey with the pop of red:

The second card I made was inspired by a card where Angela used the kissing technique. Now I obviously missed that class, because mine is not nearly as crisp as hers is, so I guess it's back to kissing school for me! lol!

Both cards use Waltzingmouse sentiments. The second uses Stampin' Up's Big Blossom, with Pumpkin Patch Kaleidecolor ink.

  4. Love both cards. The black and white circles on the first card look a bit 3D. I love those colours in the second card, and I like the mottly effect of the kissing onto the flower stamp.

  5. Hi Ardyth! Wow both of these cards are gorgeous. I love the dramatic black and white circles with the pop of red. The second card is so pretty, I'll have to go checkout that technique. Awesome cards!

  8. Ardyth, your forever card is exceptional! I absolutely love it! Pretty flower card, too. "Kissing" saves time but I rarely think of it. I remember through trial and error, that to get the most crisp kissed image, you have to press your non-inked stamp firmly. :)

  12. Love the clean graphicness of your first card and your kissing is just fine on the second. And who doesn't want to spend some time in kissing school now and then anyway? ;)
