MCV45 - Merry

Here's my card for this week's Muse: ChristmasVisions challenge where Cornelia has given us this inspiration:

I focused on Cornelia's
-colour scheme
-snowflake theme
-black script sentiment
-use of vellum

I created a vellum window right through the cardfront - the vellum is sandwiched between the white card base and the kraft panel. I used the sparkly vellum that was included in the May Hero Arts kit (those are the 2 1/2 little greenish dots you can see on the vellum - turns out the sparkles were pretty spread out on the square I cut, but I didn't want to cut into the middle of it! lol). I finished the snowflake with a little Swarovski crystal.

I used:
-Frantic Stamper Snowflake
-Simon Says Stamp sentiment
-MFT Pierced Square die

  4. I really like this one Ardyth. It's serene and pretty at the same time. That snowflake with the window of vellum is amazing. And the black sentiment is a perfect design element. It just draws the eye in. Simply lovely. Have a great weekend dear friend. Bev
