CASology 162 - Write

This is my second post today. For my One-Layer Simplicity card, please scroll down.

This week's CASology Cue Card is Write.

I didn't actually write this, but it looks like I did, doesn't it? The sentiment is from a company called Paper Sushi, and the little flower is from Altenew's Doodle Blooms.

To make sure that everything worked together, I chose stamps that had similar line widths - this helps to unify the design, and in this case, make it look like I might have written and then hand-drawn the two elements.

I stamped it in Versamark (because it is the crispest, darkest black ink I have), but I did not emboss it with clear embossing powder as I usually do, in order to really make it look handwritten.

Now it's your turn - we know you're made of the 'write' stuff and we can't wait to see what you come up with! Be sure to check out the rest of the DT blogs for more inspiration!

It does look like some hand wrote the sentiment. Nice card.
