OLW108 - One Stamp Two Ways

This week's One Layer Wednesday challenge is hosted by Susan. And I completely misunderstood it when I was making the card.

The challenge is to make two cards, using the same stamp on both, but in a different way.

Being the uber-genius I am, I thought the challenge was to make one card, using one stamp in two different ways.  Unfortunately, I'm out of time to recreate, so I'm hoping Susan is ok with this!

It did take me quite a bit of thinking to finally come up with an idea. In the end, I used this little Stampin' Up leaf stamp to create the flower and the leaves for this birthday card. A little bling and a Hero Arts sentiment finish it off.

So let's just pretend that I made two cards, one with the flower and one with just the leaves going up the side. OK? Thanks!

  2. Fab card Ardyth. I think it's even more impressive that you used the same stamp twice on the same card
